Quality Warranty
We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.- Some items within your purchase come with different warranty terms and period:

Self-Installation
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.

All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine’s warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app – in any way and at any time. We honour our machines’ warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.

The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales representative as to the year model quoted. In the event that we do not have the newest model available, you will be entitled to receive up to 5% discount on the older model, dependent on lesser performance or lesser design.

It does the job however I do not see an option to make it Celsius instead of fahrenheit I may be missing something but easy to just convert the numbers.
the silica gel packet did break during shipping or at some point, not a fun process trying to get it all out of the things. however, no one is to blame for that.

The heat press should have Celsius in default. Factory might forget to change this one. Sorry for that.

This is a really nice heat press, and the attachments are great. Similar models have wing nuts to change the attachments instead of screws, but the wing nuts are hard to reach and frankly, the screws are so much better!
The swing out design is really very nice, and allows me to hover the press over the garment to easily cure water based inks.
Since most online and media guides for presses are in farenheit, the lack of celcius scale really does not bother me at all.
