Quality Warranty
We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.- One item within your purchase comes with different warranty terms and period:

We as AM.CO.ZA strive to provide the best products for your money’s worth. Safety is of utmost importance when it comes to the usage of day to day machinery. As the only company to have passed the SANS (South African National Standards) we believe that at the time we got our machine tested no other Heat Press machine in the market had been tested by then. Forex Linked Pricing
The prices that you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, if you have already placed an order, the price for your order will remain fixed and valid right unless the order is cancelled (Read-This-First). Self-Installation
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.

All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine’s warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app – in any way and at any time. We honour our machines’ warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.

The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales representative as to the year model quoted. In the event that we do not have the newest model available, you will be entitled to receive up to 5% discount on the older model, dependent on lesser performance or lesser design.

After purchasing the mug press, I had a lot of issues using it as it only ran up until a certain temperature. I had to travel to the warehouse so someone could look at it. After an entire week battling to get it to work, much wasted time, sublimation paper, mugs and ink, I’m having the results I should have had right from the start. I guess the machine does what it’s supposed to do when you know how to use it (a bit complicated). I’m just concerned about about customer service though.
