The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. 3 Months Limited Warranty on Laser Subsystem

We provide a 3 months limited warranty for low-power laser subsystems, which includes mirrors and lenses. We provide 1 month limited warranty for CO2 Glass Laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty.
