Quality Warranty

We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician’s supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .

6 Months Limited Warranty on Laser Tube

We provide a 6 months limited warranty for middle-range powered laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Preconditions exist for laser Tube warranty, please carefully read and understand those conditions which listed at https://am.co.za/laser/tube/warranty

Fragile Items Special Terms Apply

The products offered are of such a nature that you should arrange for your own collection of such products after payment of the purchase price. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned.
