We offer limited remote assistance for the diagnosis of all machinery that is compatible with and connects to a computer, as well as installation and configuration of software sold by us, within a period of 5 years. It is important to note that remote assistance is not intended to replace training.

You will therefore always be able to check the machine’s warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app – in any way and at any time.
